On Mac computer go to Finder application, open the Go menu and select Connect to Server
Enter your iPhone's IP-address taken from iPhone Wi-Fi Transfer page and click Connect
Check "Connect as:" Guest and click Connect
The network folder will open. Use this folder the same way you use a normal Mac folder. You can drap-and-drop files, copy, move, rename, delete, create files and subfolders, etc.
When your are completely done with file transfer, press the eject button near by your iPhone's address at the sidebar of Finder's window.
Wait until the shared address and the eject button disappear, press Stop button on your iPhone Wi-Fi Transfer page
Please do NOT assume that the IP-address is the same as it was when your were connection the last time. The IP-address may change periodically, check it out on Wi-Fi Transfer pageevery time when you connecting
