BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

1.Restart you Device.

A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch. If you are having problems, try this first.

2.Redownload and Reinstall the Application.

If restarting doesn’t help, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, just be aware that removing an application will delete application data for good.

Crash after upgrading to iOS 4.0

Please upgrade to version 1.2.5, the problem should be solved in this version.

Can not receive notificatin after upgrade to iOS 4.0

Please try to delete the app and download it again from app store. The download will be free if you use the iTunes account that has purchased this app.

Remove your account from the system

You can input a wrong password in the app and tap “Activate” button. You account will be removed from the system when you see the status is changed to “Inactive”. We will add a button “Remove Account” in next version.
